Rewarding Opportunities with Team Kenya
Becoming a volunteer with Team Kenya can be incredibly rewarding, and also fun!
We’re a small, vibrant, and passionate team, powered by a fantastic community of volunteers, two dedicated part-time staff, and an engaged Board of Trustees. Together, we collaborate closely with our grassroots partner in Kenya, Twende Pamoja, to ensure girls from marginalised communities are empowered through education and protected from gender-based violence.
For over 12 years, our commitment to the Ndhiwa community has naturally evolved, and our projects now also focus on economic empowerment, environmental sustainability, and gender equality.
We are always excited to welcome new people to our team to help us grow and continue the incredible work we’re doing with the girls and communities in Ndhiwa.

What Does Volunteering for Team Kenya Involve?
We are a remote-based organisation meaning volunteers would need to be comfortable working remotely and have access to a computer.
Team Kenya offers our volunteers access to an innovative and growing team of like-minded individuals, access to relevant training, networking opportunities as well as reimbursement of all relevant and pre-agreed expenses. It is important to us that our volunteers gain as much from their experience volunteering with us as we do from their invaluable time, skills, knowledge, resources and altruistic generosity.
